As with any shopping experience, some terms and conditions apply to transactions at Heart2Gifts™. The main thing to remember is that by placing an order or purchasing at Heart2Gifts™, you agree to the terms below and the Policy.

Depending on the product you purchase according to their supplier, some may offer a 30-day, 15-day, non-refundable, or a custom return policy after purchasing your item to request a return.

This also applies to eligibility for a return; depending on the supplier, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags in its original packaging, receipt proof of purchase, or a combination of those.

Items returned to us must first request a return to be accepted.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES

Please look at your order when you get it and let us know immediately if the item is defective or damaged or if you received the wrong item so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

EXCEPTIONS / NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch with me if you have questions or concerns about your item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

EXCHANGES

The quickest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item and make a separate purchase for the new one once the return is accepted.

EUROPEAN UNION 14-DAY COOLING OFF PERIOD

In addition to the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

REFUNDS

We pride ourselves on serving our customers with the best products. Every product you choose is thoroughly inspected, checked for defects, and packaged carefully. We do this to ensure that you fall in love with our products.

Sadly, there are times when we may not have the product(s) you choose in stock or may need some help with our inventory and quality check. In such cases, we may have to cancel your order. You will be told beforehand so you don't have to worry unnecessarily about your order. You will be refunded once our team confirms your request. As you know, Heart2Gifts is not liable for damages caused to the items during transit or transportation.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved. You’ll be automatically refunded if approved using your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember that it can take time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at support@heart2gifts.com or via Chat button.

SHIPPING COST

If the return is due to supplier error (e.g., defective/damaged item, wrong product delivered, etc), the supplier will shoulder the return shipping fee. However, if the return is due to a customer issue (e.g., wrong item ordered, customer remorse, etc), the customer is responsible for the return package.

By using our website, registering an account, or purchasing, you consent to our Refund & Return Policy and agree to its terms.

CHANGES TO OUR REFUND & RETURN  POLICY

Should we update, amend, or make any changes to this document so that they accurately reflect our Service and policies? Unless otherwise required by law, those changes will be prominently posted here. Then, if you continue to use the Service, you will be bound by the updated Refund & Return Policy. If you disagree with this or any updated Refund & Return Policy, you can delete your account.
